Presser wanted in Shelby County

Now hiring: we are hiring a presser in Shelby County, Texas. Day to day you will clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
