Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Nottingham, England. You will work at a shipyard. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang On a typical shift you will plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use. 3+ years on the tools preferred. £2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
