Toolroom milling operator • Barton County, Missouri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Barton County, Missouri. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. The role involves: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
