What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On a typical shift you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
