We are recruiting: gas pipeline fitter (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Wayne County, Kentucky. You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Driving licence for travel between sites • Able to read isometric and site drawings Your main tasks: • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $23 per hour, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
