We are recruiting: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Coahoma County, Mississippi. You will work in a quick-service restaurant. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On the job you will handle: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
