Now hiring: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Conecuh County, Alabama. You will be based on a dam or embankment job. On a typical shift you will grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; refuel the machine and record running hours; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse. Requirements: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems 6+ years on the tools preferred. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
