Vacancy available: tyre bay technician (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tyre bay technician in Burleson County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets 6+ years on the tools preferred.
