Join our team: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Mills County, Iowa. You will work at a sheet metal roofing workshop. You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Your main tasks: • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
