Immediate opening: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Jasper County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts The role involves replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; fault-find control boards and defrost timers; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution.
