Immediate opening: we are hiring a spray painter in Franklin County, Virginia. The job is at a property maintenance company. You should have: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture Full-time with occasional weekends.
