We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Marion County, Ohio. Your main tasks: • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size Requirements: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Full-time with occasional weekends.
