Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffolding labourer in Washington County, Maryland. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns Your main tasks: • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely Full-time, day shift.
