Great opportunity: structural MIG welder (Nebraska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Kimball County, Nebraska. The job is at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. The role involves: • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Part-time with flexible hours.
