What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
