Join our team: split AC fitter (California)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Mendocino County, California. You will be based on new-build apartment projects. On the job you will handle: • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges You should have: • Can read electrical and piping schematics • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience.
