Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Rankin County, Mississippi. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
