Catering cook • Wyoming County, New York

Now hiring: we are hiring a catering cook in Wyoming County, New York. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
