Urgent requirement: powder coating technician (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in San Patricio County, Texas. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
