Shuttering and concrete hand — Alpena County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Alpena County, Michigan. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds The role involves: • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
