Production line inspector wanted in City of Virginia Beach

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production line inspector in City of Virginia Beach, Virginia. The job is in an electronics assembly workshop. On a typical shift you will record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Part-time with flexible hours. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
