Now hiring: quality control inspector (Wales)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Cardiff, Wales. The role involves: • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting What we are looking for: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
