Ideal candidate: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites The role involves: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer 5+ years on the tools preferred.
