Requirements: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts The role involves pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier.
