Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets On a typical shift you will bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings.
