The role involves handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; check back during the meal and handle special requests; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins.
