Vacancy available: we are hiring a door supervisor in Keokuk County, Iowa. You will be based at a hotel entrance. You will operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area; operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience as a security guard • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
