Abattoir worker wanted in Payette County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Payette County, Idaho. You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
