Powder coating operator wanted in Winston County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Winston County, Alabama. You will work on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
