Stainless steel welder — Gray County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Gray County, Kansas. The job is in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. On the job you will handle: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Rotating shifts.
