What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Day-to-day duties: • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
