Immediate opening: we are hiring a room service attendant in Colusa County, California. You will work at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day to day you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket).
