You will update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub. You should have: • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
