On the job you will handle: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills 2+ years on the tools preferred.
