You should have: • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards On a typical shift you will fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class.
