Urgent requirement: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Vance County, North Carolina. The job is at a food processing plant. You should have: • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders Day-to-day duties: • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
