Great opportunity: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Shelby County, Indiana. You will work in an open-cast mine. The role involves: • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
