Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Edwards County, Kansas. You will work in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 4+ years on the tools preferred.
