Immediate opening: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Johnson County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Day to day you will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
