Requirements: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Day to day you will torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling.
