We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Enugu South, Enugu State. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Day-to-day duties: • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport Full-time, day shift.
