You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On the job you will handle: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
