The role involves: • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards Requirements: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Confident with manual handling and load securing $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
