We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety inspector in Cerro Gordo County, Iowa. Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements The role involves: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
