The role involves strip, scrub and re-polish hard floors with a buffing machine; operate industrial floor scrubbers and carpet extractors; mop up spills and put out wet-floor warning signs; sweep, mop and vacuum floors across all assigned areas; damp-wipe kitchen surfaces, hobs and microwaves; make up beds and change bed linen and towels. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of colour-coded cloths and cross-contamination control • Keen eye for detail and a methodical approach • Able to follow COSHH guidance and handle chemicals safely 3+ years on the tools preferred.
