Automotive refinish painter • Wheeler County, Oregon

Join our team: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Wheeler County, Oregon. Your main tasks: • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
