Restaurant steward wanted in Malam Maduri

Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On a typical shift you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
