Hoist operator • Woodbury County, Iowa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a hoist operator in Woodbury County, Iowa. You will be based on a high-rise tower crane. You will fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands. Requirements: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Understanding of hand and radio signals 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
