Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
