Baker wanted in Monongalia County

Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Monongalia County, West Virginia. The job is at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
